"It's very run down and essentially Motel 6 status. Paint on wall and ceilings is cracked and stained. The chair in the corner or my room was extremely stained and when we moved it behind/under it is filthy. It needs a good scrubbing and some fresh paint. Staff is friendly and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast was ok and offered hot options. At the end of the day it was cheap and very convenient for access to Sutter Medical."

"The hotel is nice, but our room was right on J Street. Ordinarily this would be ideal, nice view of the park (even though it’s predominately unhoused individuals hanging around), but apparently everyone in Sacramento needs to prove they have the loudest sound system in their car and muffler. It was so loud until 3:30/4am. None stop revving and screaming sound systems. It was impossible to sleep Saturday night. Sunday night wasn’t too bad with pretty infrequent recs/music blasts."

"I have a couple concerns I got a handicap room let's start with the bar by the toilet it's a little hard to grab a bar when you just slide off the bar because they're using the wrong kind of cleaner and it's like somebody put oil on the bar and I almost fell on my face then the beds I'm in a wheelchair the platform beds are lower than the wheelchair which is hard to get from the bed to back up to a wheelchair position those beds should be a little bit higher the same height as a wheelchair seat on top of the entire lobby wreaking of disgusting alcohol and I'm not talking just a smell of a beer or wine it smelled like an old alcoholic who's been drinking for a month and then decided to stop drinking and you got the morning after smell that's how bad it was and that lobby in the evening time in the morning time you can't smell it because of all the food and everybody's perfumes that they're wearing when they come downstairs on top of not having any gluten-free options for breakfast I have stayed in a lot of hotels and this hotel is supposed to be a three-star hotel and other than those issues I had a wonderful time I really think I should get a free night out of the deal because I almost fell on my face because of that darn grab bar by the toilet and the fact that the beds were so uncomfortable and so low it was hard to maneuver in that room that room was not a handicap room the only thing handicapped in that room was the shower I would like a response to this I'd appreciate it"

"Very helpful staff except the parking staff. Parking staff had to be coaxed to take our car and didn't bring a trolley or unload suitcases for our group: 2 70-year-olds and a 95-year old. Front desk was wonderful. View of bridge was wonderful. Breakfast was very good - nice chef. Would be nice to have gluten-free muffin option. Carpet on floors of rooms would be nicer."

"Parking was great, staff seemed wanting to be helpful but need some additional customer service training how to address guests and response time. I called 3 times before someone answered the phone. Also, the mattress and pillows were plain uncomfortable. Mattress sinks and pillows need better attention. "

"Pictures were deceiving, felt so unsafe the second I pulled up to the property. Building seemed to have construction everywhere. Didn’t even end up staying I booked another room somewhere else."
