It is an old converted river ship with gorgeous woodwork and features like a pull-chain toilet and 2 shower knobs to adjust hot and cold with good water pressure. "A little gem of a stay in the historic poverty ridge district. The penthouse is converted attic space that sleeps four easily. There is coffee tea and water all day and a simple continental breakfast. historic home, but we had plenty of hot water for showers. Short a few bathroom towels for our stated number of guests, sure we could have asked for more but we were just here for one night. The grounds are beautifully maintained. Glad to have found this gem. "

"I don’t usually write reviews but this Inn was very impressive, and the owners are the nicest people who care about their visitors. They have the cutest little dog that greets you when checking in, and the process is so smooth and seamless. The rooms were clean, and as someone who had to stay for a night, I felt extremely safe and well taken care of. "

"It is a smaller hotel. There are homeless people outside everywhere and you’re in the same parking lot as a gas station. Basically the location is actually good for downtown. It’s very very close like 1 mile our window in our room did not shut and lock so that was a concern of mine, but fortunately nothing happened. "
