"the ac unit made a lot of noise and is blows directly at you. whoever slept on that side had cold air blowing straight on them. even when turned down, it was still freezing. the shower pooled up in one corner so water was not draining. didn't have complementary soap bars for shower or hand washing. no refrigeration so we couldn't keep anything cold. especially with how hot the weather was. Although the water front view was great, there were people just hanging out in the front making it feel unsafe to walk around at night. at one point, we saw some lounging just chilling on the back of a boat, which I'm sure they just hopped on. they gave us vouchers for free drinks, but the restaurants weren't open like the hours said. so we didn't even get the drinks. oh and our check in was delayed by almost an hour when we had an event to attend which we had to rush"

"We never stayed at the hotel as we had entered the wrong date by accident and they refused to help us out even when they still available rooms they left it till after our check in time and then let know they couldn’t help us so we had to other accommodation and they kept our money"

"The had just gone through a renovation and I was moved to 3 different rooms on my 4 night stay. My first room had an exposed electrical box and my second had a broken water pipe under the sink that gushed water if you turned it on. In my third room the towel rack was loose and I let maintence know. When they came to my room to fix it I found the door ajar and open but no one inside but the towel rack was remounted. A few minutes later the maintenance guy showed up to finish this work. I found that the door frame catches the door latch and if you just let it close the door will catch on the wall and not close all the way. You have to pull it closed. The staff is aware of this issue I guess it’s happening all over the property. But I hadn’t checked out yet and the room was left open to anything I had in the room. The staff was super kinda and helpful when I noted all these things. But they are some pretty big issues."

"A dirty seating area while waiting to get checked in. Room was dirty and no room service except Monday Wednesday and Thursday? This was when I had to call to get new towels as the ones I have been using the past two day weren't good use anymore. Called front desk and the lady said she couldn't deliver till after 11:15p.m this was already after a long day at the conference I was attending. So, I told her I could come up and get it to which she said they had no TOWELS UP FRONT?!?!? She then told me she can had someone clean the room. Next day I had new towels, but it was the pool towels that shed when you dry off and can only come off by using the hotel towel... They also didn't give me any new bedding, so I had to sleep in the same bed sheets for the entirety of my stay. My saying is you get what you paid for, but I feel like I've been to better hotels at the same price. BUYER BEWARE."
