"Un hotel muy acogedor. La habitación remodelada y moderna. Todo muy limpio y agradable. Ningún mal olor en la habitacionl. La cama firme y las almohadas super suaves (yo las amé). Disfruté el recorrido del manager mostrándome los espacios de la casa, construida en los años 30 (yo no había visto cabinas telefónicas dentro de una casa residencial 😊). Mi esposo y yo quedamos satisfechos y volveríamos a hospedarnos. ♥️"

"I booked and paid for my stay in full through Expedia before arriving at the hotel. Despite this, the hotel charged my credit card again for one night’s stay without my authorization, claiming that they could not see the payment from Expedia. I contacted Expedia and confirmed that my reservation had already been successfully paid in full. When I asked the hotel to verify the payment directly with Expedia before charging me again, the staff was completely unhelpful and refused to assist....

"The hotel was only okay. The room was clean but not spotless and carpets in hallways were stained in spots. Our door was ill-fitting and light came in all around the edges. The drain in the tub didn’t drain fast enough and the temp choice of water in the sink was warm or hot. I am choosy about details; another guest might not even notice or care. Inside the hotel was nice and quiet but noise from the street was occasionally annoying - especially the drunks fighting on the street in the middle...
