"Cute, trendy, well appointed rooms. Fabulous linens, nice decor and thoughtful design. Clean lines hid the entrance making it very confusing where to valet park. In addition, the hairdryer, steamer and tissues were on a shelf tucked at least 8 ft in the built in closet. Lights to bath turn on entire room."

"Everything outside of our room was fine. But on our second night we noticed there were ants everywhere in our room. They were in all the groceries I had purchased and crawling all over our toothbrushes and bedding. The pools and beaches are amazing but it feels like a camping experience in the evening. "

"Rooms are smaller than rooms in European hotels."

"The main pool had not been cleaned at all in the 3 days that we were there. There was tons and tons of things from trees floating everywhere in the pool. It was so bad that myself and other guest asked for a net so that we could clean up. But there wa sjust so much that it awful."
