"Arrived at 5pm , the room was not ready. I was told vip guests stayed the previous night and the rooms are not ready. Furthermore, when I asked to check my bag while waiting the staff ignored me and told me to wait in line. I would not return or recommend."

"I can't complain. I spent my whole trip on my balcony facing the bay. Room was clean, bathroom could use an update and was showing it's age. The elevator was very slow and very hot but I will definitely stay here again. The peace of the balcony was worth it. The restaurant on site was excellent!"
