Easy parking. Had to wait for owner to book us in after ringing the number on the door. We booked online but it wasn't in the computer.She blamed her husband.It was supposed to be a deluxe queen room.The room was shabby.The bed was only double.Sheets were dirty.The door to the bathroom wouldn't slide so the light from the shed behind shone in at 6:00am.Wifi and Foxtel advertised but apparently hadn't worked for a month. Breakfast was frozen bread to toast and had to sit in a dark dingy room to eat it.The staff we spoke to said owner would ring to discuss unhappy stay but didn't hear from her.It was the worst place we have ever stayed in..Avoid at all cost.

We stayed in a family room but it may as well have been a cardboard box. The room was tiny and had an awful stale smell. The bolts on the bunkbed were very loose and there was no ladder to even access the top bunk. The floor was poorly vaccumed with visible debris laying around. There were shards of glass in the carpet, one was found after being trodden on. There was a light fitting loosely hanging out of the wall above one of the beds. The tap in the bathroom sink was also very loose and the base of the tap had to be held steady in order to be able to even turn it on. The room was advertised as having a fridge, kettle and toaster which were all provided but there were no plates for use. We found 2 bamboo spoons in a cupboard with some coffee mugs but they were sitting on top of a damp tea towel. The outlet on the ancient airconditioning unit fed through the wall into the bathroom which meant we had to listen to it dripping into the shower all night as it was far too hot with 5 of us in such a tiny room to not have it turned on. One bedspread had a big drop of dried paint right on the top of it and another had dried blood. If more money was spent on maintenance and cleaning instead of the ridiculous amount of trinkets and ornaments that cluttered the reception office and external entry walls perhaps I could have left a more positive review. Would not recommend.

The property could do with some TLC. Black mould in the bathroom was an issue & needs urgent attention as this is a health risk. The smoke detector had been removed with only the base on the ceiling: it is a legal requirement to have an operational detector in motel rooms. The motel was quiet & staff obliging.

The motel was suitable for one night stopover - breakfast was included although dining room didn't open until 8.00am so if needing an early departure breakfast would not be possible (not necessarily a big deal and fortunate that I didn't need to leave till after 8.00am to get to next destination). Breakfast was a typical serve yourself but certainly sufficient. Dining room looking a little sad with ceiling lining looking like it needs replacing. The room generally clean however di notice what appeared to be German cockroaches mainly in bathroom (remise of me not to mention to staff in the morning).

We had a room with a bunk which squeaked loudly with any movement and stopped us from sleeping. We could hear the noise of another bunk squeaking next door all night long too. There was underwear left in bathroom when we arrived so obviously hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly. Room smelt very musty. Breakfast options super limited. We will never go back!

The Tap on the Bathroom Vanity was loose. It needed 2 hands to alter the water temp. Tap was stiff to turn on & sometimes ended up with a huge blast of water that splashed on floor & clothing. Very difficult with Arthritic hands.

The cleanliness of this property was disgusting. I had two rooms booked. One was fine but the other had pee on the floor and the fridge had a foul odour. I ask management if they could please clean, they didn’t. They did give us clean towels for the second day but didn’t bother with cleaning out the fridge and I cleaned the urine myself. Unhappy. Won’t be staying there again.
