The room is comfy, clean and spacious, with a great view overlooking Shirahama Beach and the sea. Food in breakfast and dinner buffets is good. Staff are very polite and helpful. The hotel offers free parking in its carpark at the back of the hotel, which is great for people driving there like us.

2階のお風呂の洗い場の水栓のお湯が冷たく、隣の洗い場にズレても冷たく、数カ所試しても全て冷たかったので、下の階の温泉に移りました。係の方がいたのでお伝えしましたが、そうですかとだけ言われ対応はしてもらえませんでした。 また、予約担当の方にも対応時に不快な態度をとられ、とても嫌な思いをしました。 もう少し、対応の方法など改善してほしいと思いました。
