"We requested a transfer from Ortigas to Aseana thru Expedia and it was approved but when we showed up at Aseana, the front desk does not know about this transfer until we decided to book another reservation. Thanks that Red is Planet Ortigas approved our refund because of this hassle. Aseana should have taken steps to check this out with Ortigas but they did not help us."
