"The building especially the entrance are beautiful. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Now the few problems. When we arrived to the room the bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke and the trash can was full, the buffet was good, but a little pricey for what it was, no iron.or microwave in the room was inconvenient. Other than that, our stay was very nice."

"At first I was unhappy I didn't get a upgrade for my stay especially the rate i was paying for and the location I do appreciate the amenities being in the room overall the breakfast team was so nice and even mr Dennis and the evening security so kind Philippines such beautiful country and sweet people thank you peninsula even the breakfast team so kind even the gentleman that works in the breakfast wears a suit and tie he reminds me a kind filpino I know when I was growing up so respectful and kind and I love the breakfast team wear the filpino traditional shirt thank peninsula hotel salmat and maligayang pasko dao"
