The staff is friendly and the food is excellent. Book dinners in specialty restaurants very easy, We enjoyed the food in Mare Nostrum as well as in Tokio restaurant. Very comfortable and beautiful rooms well cleaned and restocked daily. I am of the opinion that enabling check in online would speed up the check in process, in my opinion the process is a bit slow upon arrival. And another small complaint that the beds in the rooms are for replacement."
