"Too rools"

"We paid extra to have a private pool, but the water looked dirty so we didn't get in. Also we couldn't get in the beach how how bad the sea wheed was. The smell was unbearable and they wouldn't clean it. It really was a waste of money. Food and drinks in yhe restaurants SUPER EXPENSIVE and not worth it. Transportation extremely expensive, the wanted to charge us 1000 pesos each time we tried to go out to yhe city. Will NEVER go back to Tulum"

"the ocean was visible from our room, however the beach was covered in sea weed wich i understand is normal but nothing was done to clean the beach. we enjoyed our pool very much !! the water in the pool became visible dirty after a few days , the same thing happened to the main pool and nothing was being done about it. i think housekeeping needs to step it up."

"Everything was nice. Arrived at night around 9pm. They welcomed us home, and gathered the is the luggage. Off we went on resort cart. Beautiful lit pathway, line with palm trees. Welcome, sash on the door. checked in with preferred club members and the festivities began. Served premium drinks. The next 3 days were wonderful, the all inclusive package was definitely a deal. "Beautiful place"

"The hacienda was beautiful, with its own cenote and underground river. Tours by David were amazing on site, and his advice for activities, restaurants etc. really enhanced our stay. The restaurant food was excellent - we had breakfast included and also ate one lunch and 2 dinners during our 5 night stay. "

"This was a last minute trip and I must say I had absolutely a WONDERFUL time and sooooo happy I stayed here! The Staff…EVERYONE was so nice, professional, helpful, kind, sweet, and attentive. "We loved our stay at Serenity Glamping. Our accommodation was the "Lodge" which has a kitchenette and 3 bedrooms. I recommend the Lodge because the restaurant on site is VERY expensive so it is nice to be able to have your own food/drinks at your site. The Lodge was very private and wonderful! Only steps away from the beautiful XpuHa beach. :) "

"Villas de Rosa is a hidden gem. The location is right on a beautiful quiet beach with great snorkeling right in front. The rooms are very spacious with everything you need. The beach bar has great food and amazing staff that make you feel comfortable. We will be back regularly! "
