"The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful, really nice people. The communication with the hotel prior to our trip was quick and efficient too. We had a few questions and would sometimes respond within minutes. When we got to our room, I noticed they had upgraded our room to one facing the ocean, what a pleasant surprise.
