"The breakfast was excellent, pool was great, staff helpful, unfortunately in the 3 days we where there no effort at all to remove any seaweed from the beach and the smell was bad, would have stayed in town and commuted to a public beach "

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The water park was great and our kids absolutely loved it. The food was also very good with plenty of options for everyone. Overall, it was a great experience and we would happily come back again."

And Edgar was also great as a host and made our dinner for my sister personable and it made her feel special on her birthday. Thank you Jan. Thank you staff. "Yes the ocean was visible from our room. I had paid for the garden veiw, the room wasnt ready and apparently they had some cancelations we were comped. Problem was the two double beds. There is no shuttle offered by the resort. Be aware of the extreem prices up to 300us. Theres an independent taxi service. Down load the indrive app, theres no uber. If you dont use indrive you will pay hundreds in trasportation costs. The waiters are totally unenthusiastic, and way not hardly enyone tips them. "

"We stayed at the Bahía Coba resort which is basic tier of the resorts. The beds were very stiff and the buffet food was decent. Although, there was little communication on how to book the private restaurants for the week that we stayed."
