"Always easy to point out the negatives, but they are limited. Often out of pool towels, the ultra all inclusive has some odd exclusions. Just charge a bit more and include everything. "Staff were wonderful through my week stay. Room was clean and tidy. Food was really good too. Restaurant service was also wonderful. It’s a very small and quaint place so I didn’t really see any people this week. The only suggestion I have is around pool area and water maintenance of the pools as it is the only water you can dip into on the property. "We stayed in a beautiful, spacious unit with a large king-sized bed and living room that is impeccably designed. We had a porch that overlooked the pool. The owners were friendly, welcoming and quick to respond to our questions. The road in is bumpy and full of potholes but they’re no big deal. A great spot!"
