"The hotel grounds are quite rundown and many areas are in need of repair: Steps falling apart Concrete on bridges overate pool falling off Roofs with blue tarps Our hotel Our room only has a couple available electrical outlets Our room was poorly lit - terrible lighting Our buffet ran out of food daily - breakfast and lunch Just to name a few things "

"The bath drain was full of rust and the water came out brown , when my friend took a bath the whole room was flooded without the bath even being full .. they tried go say that it was our fault until the supervisor came up and saw that the the plumbing system was in fact broken, didn’t offer compensation and didn’t even offer us new towels when they clearly saw we used them all to try to clean up the flood. 2 pairs of designer sandals were stolen and then they refused to let me look in the lost and found and then when I asked for the cameras , they gave me the go around and never came through. "
