"The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful, really nice people. The communication with the hotel prior to our trip was quick and efficient too. We had a few questions and would sometimes respond within minutes. When we got to our room, I noticed they had upgraded our room to one facing the ocean, what a pleasant surprise. "Super clean room, shuttle service was very responsive, making restaurant reservations was easy (steakhouse has the best food), lots of free activities on property. Only complaint we were not told we needed close toed shoes for the bike tour so we ended up having to cancel. Also wish they provided shuttle service from airport."
