"The location on Soliman's Bay is stunning and protected from sargassum by the barrier reef. The hotel property is similarly stunning: beautiful rooms, a beautiful restaurant, a refreshing pool, and many well-appointed commons and recreational spaces. It's really beautifully designed--picturesque, architecturally impressive, relaxing, with scenic views over the mangroves and the bay, with abundant wildlife, and great swims. Snorkeling immediately in front of the hotel is not as good as the barrier reef that's a short kayak or SUP away, but swimming in both the bay and the hotel pool is great. The restaurant food was delicious and the servers and kitchen kind and accommodating to various dietary needs and preferences. And the front desk--Cristina, Alina, Brenda, and Leyver--were super helpful, including helping to arrange a taxi excursion to a local cenote, and our airport transfer from Cancun. It was a really pleasant stay, and felt like a perfect way to explore that part of the coastline without having to stay at one of the over-touristed resorts further north or south. A shout-out to Yucatan Outdoors' sunset kayak trip, too: they arranged a private transfer to/from Jashita and it really made for a beautiful excursion."

"Wonderful place with fantastic beach, really good restaurant and helpful staff! We would stay here if we came back to Tulum. Only drawback is that the restaurant is closing at 17:30, but there are other restaurants to go to at walking distance. I saw reviews saying that you have to pay extra for entering the nature reserve, but that was not an issue for us as long as we could show our hotel reservation."

"We stayed here for our honeymoon and loved it! We would recommend a rental car if you are wanting to leave the resort. This is not in the busy resort area, it's a little bit outside of Tulum. We really liked not being in the busy area. This resort was also the best value that we saw for all-inclusive. One thing to note is this resort is part of Framissima, which is a French travel company. We were not aware and were surprised that nearly all the guests were French. We also kinda liked that we were the only American's there, it was kinda a vibe. Breakfast was super good. Lunch and Dinner were good but definitely geared towards a French Palette. However, there were many different options at each meal and overall enjoyed the food."

"The view of the beach was amazing from the patio, the property was very well maintained and quiet. The kitchen is well equipped with what you need. The road to the property is bumpy and a vehicle would be recommended as there is limited amenities close by. The host was super responsive as well."

"Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Quiet, serene, definitely a vibe worth experiencing. The staff is overly friendly and helpful. If I only had to have one complaint is that while not healthy, the TV doesn't really work because of the poor Wi-Fi. Mostly just for feedback purposes but most people don't want a TV on this type of vacation."
