"I lived the remodeled rooms with a guest mini fridge! I wish they still has coffee makers in the rooms. I like having a cup of coffee before leaving the room and I'm not a fan of a $10 cup of Starbucks coffee. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I ordered room service one of the says and it was timely and hot. Highly recommend staying at the MGM. "

"Our room was dirty when we checked in. Bathroom floors were not cleaned and hair all over. Cabinets were not cleaned out and were filthy along with the fridge. Called 3 times for housekeeping to come up before we finally asked them to move us. Asked for a manger to call us 3 times and they never did. They gave us a credit but not enough for the aggravation. Furniture in rooms was outdated and lighting in bathroom was terrible. "

"It is not luxurious, but good for the price. Outdated, but beds were comfy. No coffee pot in room. Housekeeping came once in 4 days. Staff was nice. "

"We actually ended up staying at the W, which is attached to the Mandalay. Overall feel is nice. It’s moody, dark through the hallways, but not in a creepy way. Easy access to elevators from lobby, nice little convenience store by the lobby, as well. It seems to be open most of the night, which is great, because room service only goes until 10pm on weekdays. That was rough for us, as we wouldn’t return from my daughter’s volleyball convention until past 10. Hotel needs a little updating; especially in the bathrooms. Shower tile was kinda meh, and the tub only had hot water. It made it impossible to use, as we couldn’t cool it. Beds were fine. I hate when hotels do this, but I guess it’s normal in Vegas..they stock the mini fridge and if you want to use it, you can’t. You have to pay an extra $30 a night for an empty one. I guess they’re hoping you’ll get drunk enough and start yanking out the censored items lol. The staff was great! Super friendly, helpful, and quick to valet and pick up bags. Menu was okay. Food they brought was delicious, there just wasn’t much of a menu. Overall, I’d recommend if you’re looking for something casual. "

"I had heard bad rumors about the hotel before going there. However, I have nothing but good things to say. It’s not one of the ritzy places on the Strip, sure, but I will take it over those places any day. It over priced, above average restaurants and great proximity to T Mobile Arena. All in all a great stay. I would definitely stay at NY NY again."
