"Staffs are okay! Not totally impressive at the room because it’s a bit dark and the furniture are older. The only good thing is we purchased the buffet breakfast. Staffs at the restaurant were courteous and hospitable. Greeted us with sincerity and thanked us when we left! There’re many options of food to choose from. "

"I booked a double room because my daughter decided to come... Expedia changed it to a King room for no apparent reason. When I got to the hotel, I was upgraded... which was nice, but I had booked a double because 3 people. So I was charged 250 RMB for extra bed service. "

"Everything was good except dinner service. I ordered dinner on my last night and the main food came in around 20 minutes. I was the only guest at that time, It took me about 10 minutes to finish my Hor Fun and the other dish which is a vegetable dish hasn't being served. When I checked with the service staff, I was told it was not done yet and there was also another dish (fried chicken) which I did not ordered is almost done and to be served. This surprised me as I was the only diner at that time. Why was it so difficult to cook 2 simple dishes? If there was room services that the kitchen has to attend to, at least the staff should have told me that I will have to wait a while for my food to be served. This is basic courtesy isn't it. In the end I have to walk away without finishing my dinner as the staff did not come back to give me a respond after checking with the kitchen on my vegetable dish."

"Nice hotel "

"The hotel is located in a newer development area. It is standing right in front of the ocean with nice walking paths along the ocean . From our room we could see sparkling Marcau , and the ocean . The room has tall ceilings with floor level windows. The style is European and luxurious with lots of beautiful marble . "

"Wonderful service. The staff would go round the tables during morning breakfast to ask guest for feedback on the food as well as the guest need any drinks etc"
