"Very noisy, a bar next to the hotel plays loud music until 2 am. Staff have no English skills, and seem uncomfortable with foreigners. They asked for a refundable deposit which was never returned. Not a good value for the money."

Found a cockroach dead in the bathroom and highlighted it to the staff but nothing was done about it despite them saying it will be sorted which was very disappointing. "I would absolutely stay here again. The breakfast was tasty with an excellent variety. The room was clean and I loved the lighting options which maybe sounds silly but after a long day it helped to wind down. Every staff I encountered was kind and helpful. The international plug was a nice surprise. Steps away are some food options and a convenience store. The property was close to the airport and away from the high traffic areas which is my preference during a vacation. "
