"Everything nice except no a/c"

"If you are new to Santa Fe, you definitely need to use Maps, Waze or another GPS to get there. The property is a couple blocks off the main road and one block in, it is a quiet area. We had a large room with king bed plus a sitting area, small fridge and control of a/c. Excellent shower with plenty of hot water. Nice continental breakfast with vegetarian and meat quiches. Very enjoyable stay."

"We were disappointed to see that the property seems to have gone downhill since our last visit. Toilet seat loose, shower spigot dripping and general upkeep seems to be lacking. There were also a lot of unhoused people using areas of the property for drinking alcohol and smoking cigarettes and pot. We left a day early due to this problem. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I feel the hotel needs to have some security on site to discourage the smoking and alcohol and...
