"Please stay away from this property. Horrible staff. He refused to pick us from taxi stand. Whole property was empty. At night the care taker left the property and AC staff working. We called the main number and no body picked up the phone. Tried to find someone and there was no one else. Front door was locked and we could not go out also. Bathroom was smelling and fixture were all loose. We left the property first thing in the morning and booked another hotel. Lost the money but we have to run...

"We felt welcomed as friends / family at Riad Fez Baraka from start to finish. Absolutely top notch hotel and would stay here again. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the dinner and breakfast are both superb, the room was a palace that is very ornately decorated, and the hammam / massage services are excellent. Very good value for money. Free airport shuttle was a greatly appreciated bonus as well. Can't say enough nice things about this riad and the entire staff. One of the better hotels...

"The breakfast nwas only served starting at 9am. So if you have any activities planned, you will surely miss it - which seems to be the reason it is at 9am. The place was well located at the entrabce of the medina, but the problem is that there was no staff on hand. Ever. When we got there, tired from our travels, the door was locked and no one to answer it. A tenant had to come down to open it for us and then fianlly someone showed up to give us a room."

"The Riad was clean, warm and welcoming. In the old madina District via small alleys. The staff were courteous,respectful and could not do enough for you. Reduane was extremely accommodating. Even walked us to a nearby restaurant we struggled to find on google maps (you have to knock a closed unsigned door to gain aceess) . Nothing was a chore and he was an absolute gentleman throughout our stay5 🌟 treatment. Thank you once again for being amazing."
