"This gem is close to Westfield Miranda, buses and the train station.
Lots of cafes and restaurants close by.
My room was spacious and comfortable with loads of natural light. Great comfy bed and terrific pillows. The renovated bathroom was also spacious and I loved the toiletries being supplied.
Parking is available,
Staff are amazing! Friendly and helpful.
It appears to be a hotel that has many repeat guests.
I liked the availability of buying snacks in the lobby.
A good, well maintained,...

"It was tedious to keep communicating with the Hotel about an airport shuttle. After waiting @ 30 minutes past pick up time, and a text reminder, they showed up within 10 minutes. The Hotel is 10 minutes away! No wonder the other shuttle drivers spoke so negatively @ the Crown Plaza. The whole stay seemed so unorganized. My reservation was not ready so they upgraded me to a room that was next to the elevator and all I heard all night was the elevator going up and down and girls giggling. ...

"Good price. Messaged in advance asking about booking the shuttle to the airport. Kept getting replies not relevant to what I asked. Still haven’t got one yet ! When I booked I asked for a quiet room away from the lift. They gave me the first room you saw as you stepped off the lift !! Not sure why they bother with special requests . Okay for one night before flying out ."

"A Great Stay at the Hyatt Regency Sydney
My wife and I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Sydney from 12th to 18th October and had a wonderful holiday. The hotel was very clean throughout, our room was a good size and comfortable, and the staff were always pleasant and friendly.
We enjoyed breakfast in the hotel restaurant every morning, with a great selection of quality food to suit all tastes. The location was excellent, with Darling Harbour just a short walk away and easy access to the city and...
