"Clean rooms, very friendly staff. The breakfast was great. The location was easy access to the beach and had beautiful views. We also were able to walk to lunch and for mini golfing. Unfortunately our only complaint is the town enforced curfew where everyone had to be inside by 9pm. It was no fault of the hotel but it did make the hotel very loud Saturday night (it was quiet Sunday). The hotel itself was secure but we were definitely nervous. "

"The hotel itself was nice, but the check‑in experience was unacceptable. I was given my room more than two hours after the official check‑in time, despite repeatedly asking for updates. I arrived around 12:00 PM, and by 3:00 PM I normally receive my room at any hotel. Instead, I was told over and over that my room “wasn’t ready,” even as I watched other guests receive their keys without delay. At 4:00 PM, the front desk agent reminded me that “check‑in is at 4:00,” to which I had to point out...

"The suite was perfectly clean and spacious. It had a great view and the balcony was awesome to enjoy the sound and sights of the beach from our room. The included breakfast was good. The manager was not the nicest or friendliest lady. The pool was super cloudy you could not see the bottom of the pool so we did not use it. the property could use some maintenance -like the floor in the elevators were falling apart, the doors to the ocean front from the lobby were broken. "Great location, the ocean view room with full length windows were breathtaking. Room was a little small and would have appreciated a half bathroom in the main area for the kids but these are small quibbles. We had a full kitchen with a stove and a dishwasher. Pool and hot tub were clean and nice. Staff were professional and helpful and very, very nice. Overall a really wonderful experience and would highly recommend!"

"We stayed for 4 nights and there was no housekeeping at all. I even called for items that we needed and complained about no service, they said they'd send someone up. . . I found a bag thrown in the middle of the room with some of what I asked for but still no service. The common areas were clean though."

"There are two outdoor pools and an indoor pool. The smaller outdoor pool area was pleasant. The large outdoor pool was closed at the time of our visit. The indoor pool has a lazy river thing going on and would be nice during bad weather. Pool towels were comically small"
