"The elevator wasn't working. Travelers had to take the stairs to second, and third floors for rooms. I had to wait pass my check-in time to get a room on the first floor; my spouse and I are seniors. The lady at the front desk was professional and friendly. The room was exceptionally clean, but the mattress, and pillows weren't the quality of any other hotels where I've stayed. I found the dining area to be minimal, and the breakfast choices limited. I opted to go to a full service restaurant....
