"Thanks to rewards $$ thru Expedia we decided to stay in the Presidential Suite. Very nice room!! Bed was super comfortable. Jetted tub was definitely relaxing. Both tv remotes worked - which was great. Breakfast was very nice - eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, biscuits and gravy - well stocked and tasty dishes. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Only complaint I have is that the couch in our room - not too comfortable.
Overall - if you ever get to stay in this suite - you won't be...

"Room was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious and jacuzzi was nice. Came for a concert and got sick and ended up staying in the room and ordering food."

"Booked this hotel as it was advertised as having a pool. The pool was closed for maintenance when we checked in. I had worked 9 hours and drove 4 hours to get there. It was almost 9pm. I was not switching hotels. I think I should have been alerted prior to check in day so I had a choice to book elsewhere. Very disappointed!!!!"

"Rooms could always be cleaner, but this was pretty good.
Breakfast was good even in the cramped lobby. Hot food, decent selection.
Staff was amazing! Front desk woman was so kind and went above and beyond."
