"Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and well maintained."

"we really enjoyed our stay with Som Tom suites. the staff were all very friendly and helpful, for us, the breakfast staff were excellent, very friendly and thoughtful and so were the reception staff. The location was great for walking access to good shopping and the waterfront and the area was safe for walking day and night. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. It is a small hotel with thoughtful extras like complementary afternoon tea after a busy day which we appreciated."

"Excellent location. Right in the middle of action but as it's tucked in, we didn't hear any noise. Staff super friendly and efficient. Nice spa and fab massage!"

"Our stay with you was magnificent. The rooms were beautiful and clean with a wonderful view."

"Angenehmes zentrales sauberes Hotel"

"The staff were great. We came off a cruise ship earlier in the day and they were able to get us into our rooms early. It really made it easy to get settled and getting us out to see the city. Staff also could help us with getting a transport to the airport the next day."

"Great location for a solo trip to Istanbul. The area felt safe, and everything I wanted to see was within easy walking distance. The staff were friendly, professional and breakfast was good, especially with the amazing view. I would definitely stay here again."

"Very loud location and poor soundproofing. The kitchen and breakfast area is on the 6th floor, which also creates noise for guest staying on the 5th."
