"Everything was perfect and for a budget holiday is was better than expected. Be prepared for the labelling of food not to be the best. The spa was great and good value. Remember to use euros instead of lira as they convert it backwards. They'll always offer euro first. The food varieties was perfect. My only thing is cats! They were everywhere on the outside restaurants. One night I saw a cat jump on the table amd the staff didnt do anything. Because I saw this I told the person sitting...

"I rarely leave a review, but I felt I had to warn others. I checked in and witnessed three power cuts while standing at the front desk. The room had the worst, most inefficient air conditioning I have ever experienced, and it cut out during each power cut. The room became unbearably hot, which ruined my sleep for all three nights. I was told a technician would attend to fix it, but no one ever appeared. To make matters worse, I was placed in a corridor with a football team—around 50 young men...

"The facility was clean, food was tasty and the staff was really helpful. The beach was so large that you have to walk couple of hundred meters."

"Immaculately clean and well maintained, lots of staff onsite for a relatively small hotel. The pool is large, very clean and there's free tea and coffee all day, fantastic breakfast"

"All fine. Best speciality is unbelievable price/performance. Nature, large rooms, food, staff, service, pools, daily concerts, night shows, unbelievable."

"All was amazing as always"

"The hotel offered great activities, and the food was really good. However, unfortunately, the room let the experience down. There was a strong damp, musty smell, and the wall had extensive peeling paint and damaged plaster, with visible signs of possible water damage. As the shower was directly on the other side of the wall, I was concerned about potential water ingress or an underlying damp problem. It was disappointing to find the room in this condition, as I would expect a better standard...

"Alles sehr Top und gepflegt, bis auf die Wickelräume die sind sher dreckig! Sonst ein Top Hotel!"

"Very nice clean place, family friendly, very good location, close to the belek markets."

"Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. In Summe ist das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert. Nur freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.👍 Essen sehr gut und auch abwechslungsreich. Wir kommen gerne wieder."

"I stayed for 10 wonderful days.. the area is very quiet... the accommodation is clean and the location is great close to belek city centre And the host of the apartments, Mr. Mustafa, and his son Efe is very helpful and kind and makes you feel at your home, pool was fantastic clean ."

"Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations, and I would not rate it more than 3 stars. The internet and Wi-Fi were absolutely terrible throughout our stay, which made it very difficult to stay connected. Communication was also a challenge, as most of the staff either did not speak English or spoke very limited English. The à la carte restaurants were nothing special, and there is essentially one main buffet for most meals. Another major issue was the beach. You have to wake up...

"We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was great. Everything was well organised, and we really enjoyed our stay. Would happily recommend it!"
