"Blankets had yellow stains on them. The mattress had a maroonish stain on it. We asked for a different room due to the stains on our bedding and mattress and was told no. I asked to speak to a manager and was told no. I checked out 2hrs later and they witheld money for the whole weekend even though i left because the room was dirty and the pool was closed 2hrs early for no apparent reason. I will neverrr everrr reccommend this place and it should be listed as a motel."

"Their website specifically states, “Special arrangements can be made in advance if notified before arrival”. However, the owners were absolutely non-accommodating for a very reasonable request when notified three weeks in advance."

"I have stayed at this property before in the past(2025). They are currently putting a huge addition on, so I get that there’s a lot of dust. But the tops of all the furniture were covered in dust. Clearly the housekeepers didn’t wipe anything down! Not to mention there wasn’t any parking. I hope that next year 2027, they are cleaner. I like the location from spooky nook."

"Perfect for what we needed! The sheets were clean, the shower was hot, and the pool was clear and functional. While there are not a lot of "extras," the basics are solid. The pool area was clean and inviting, and the pool itself was heated. The rooms looked like they had been recently updated. I locked myself out of the room twice, and the staff was incredibly friendly about helping. If you do the travel sports life, this is perfect. It doesn't break the bank, but provides a clean, inviting...

"We absolutely loved our stay here. Walking distance to downtown for restaurants, shopping, and some of the museums, and a short drive to Chocolate World and Hershey Park. Breakfast was always great and our kids loved the pool and games in the lobby. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Hershey!"

"We had a wonderful weekend. It is a little older hotel but was very clean and well maintained. The staff was super friendly. Very easy to access so many places in Hershey. We would definitely stay again."

"The room is clean, but old and well used. The hair dryer was broken. We chose this property because it was pet friendly. But the unpleasant smelliing disinfectant that was used in the room was VERY strong! Our belongings still had the odor on them after we returned home."

"Large spacious rooms; friendly staff; toilet in bathroom running all night and day. Front desk informed, they did come to fix it but it continued for the rest of our stay which made it difficult to sleep at night."
