"We had the spacious 2 br residence. We were in floor 2. Just know this unit is close to the intersection so you can hear all music and loud cars, I probably would have asked for a higher floor but we stayed only one night. They do give you ear plugs in tgr room so I guess this was the hint of things to come for the night. I used them and eventually went to sleep. "It’s definitely one of the hotels you can stay in . Not cheap looking! Well maintained. I’m very pleased."

"Toilet seat broken. Tv and WiFi not working even after resetting multiple times. Stains and holes in duvet. Curtains broken- didn't close all the way. Had to use hair clips to keep them closed so people didn't see us undress and maintain privacy. Walls peeling and like dripping. Light in ceiling doesn't work. Although it looks like they tried to upgrade, there are small details they miss. Staff was nice but next time the cleaners/ maintenance people need to fix things."

"The hotel was very clean, has a pool, fire pit, and walking trail right out back! Right behind the outlets and only 11 minutes from the boardwalk/beach. The GM was very helpful when we needed to switch rooms due to AC not properly working. We will definitely be booking here again our next trip to Rehoboth!"

"The hotel is a bit dated, but the outdoor garden areas are very nice. The check in staff was not particularly welcoming. Our main issue was that there was no room service at all unless you asked for it in advance but we were never told we needed to ask. At check-in we should have been asked if we want room service or at least be told we would have to ask to get it. Therefore we stayed 3 days with no room service despite paying $300 a night. The breakfast was little above the normal hotel free...
