"Room was small, extremely dusty air vents, enough dust to collect and make a bunny. There are definitely air quality improvements needed and I wouldn't suggest this place for anyone with even the mildest of respiratory issues or scent sensitivity. Outside parking lot was trashy, random scattered trash everywhere that was never cleaned up during our few nights stay. Okay place if you'd like to be in walking distance to restaurants. "The hotel is clean"

"My room was absolutely filthy; there was hair all over the bathroom including the sink. The hallways smelled like straight weed. There are not mini fridges in the rooms. The back door was not working so you had to walk to the front door when you wanted to enter. For some reason at random times there was full bedding just piled in the hallways. The air conditioning is severely outdated. I will be working in the area for a few months. I have opted to re locate."

"I will NEVER stay ANYWHERE in Syracuse other than this amazing hotel. It’s rated very high and it met and exceeded ALL OF MY EXPECTATIONS! The staff was professional and competent. It was refreshing to not have a person that was dumb or common sense challenged. The room was clean, spacious, extremely comfortable. So comfortable we decided to stay in our room. This place was sold out Saturday night and now, I clearly know why!"
