"O quarto é pequeno, mas completamente perfeito para duas pessoas, ponto alto fica para cama que é super macia e gostosa. O banheiro é ótimo, chuveiro uma delicia. Super bem localizado e do nosso quarto não se ouvia nada que atrapalhasse nosso sono. As duas funcionárias com quem tivemos contato super simpáticas e solicitas. Recomendo de olhos fechados! "

The room was clean, and with the windows closed, you couldn't hear any outside noise. The breakfast was good, varied, and fresh, and the staff was attentive to your needs. "I love this hotel, is close to everything and also you walk outside and there is a train station to go everywhere. The hotel was very clean, I had a good streets view and the staff was very friendly always happy to help. I took the train to go to the airport, to the Real Madrid stadium and more places and is very safe. 100% recommend for everyone."

"Excellent hotel location behind the opera house with the Metro stop right outside the hotel for easy access to use and explore Madrid. Hotel is really in a great area, you have shops and the palace less than 5 mins from the hotel, the main shopping strip a 10 min walk away with excellent restaurant options literally on your doorstep .Room was clean and modern and very quiet. Note* I did not get the free bottle of wine but I don't drink so I did not ask for it :) "

"This property is conveniently located right on Gran Vía in Madrid — close to everything you could possibly need. Despite the vibrant hustle and bustle of the city outside, the hotel feels comfortable and cozy, offering a nice retreat to rest. The lobby is quite small and can feel a bit crowded at times, and the sofa bed did not smell amazing. However, these were minor details and did not affect our overall experience. Overall, a great place to stay in the heart of Madrid!"
