"Taxi's couldn't drive down the street, so you had alot of stairs to climb. Poor lighting when checking in at night, and key pad has the bell sign over the # key so was confusing. Also got wrong details when checking in."

"This hotel is truly exceptional, from the moment we checked in to (sadly) leaving, it was an absolutely perfect stay. Staff and owner were all gorgeous people - so helpful, friendly and chilled. Bed was super comfy, hotel itself is beautifully bohemian and traditionally Maltese and amenities were a bonus - loved the rooftop bar with its stunning views. "We had a lovely time staying here. The staff were very friendly and helpful: Neil in particular gave us lots of good tips for what to see. There was a small hiccup with the check in process (I think stemming from the fact that we'd booked through Expedia and not directly through the hotel itself), but that was resolved without fuss. "Sally Suite aparments are so ideally located in Valletta. Shops, restaurants and bars within minutes. We had everything we needed and communication with the apartment manager was great. We asked for airport transfers and this was arranged easily for us. We would recommend and likely to stay here again."

"We had a sea view room on the eighth floor. It was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was exactly as you would expect with a very extensive buffet selection and eggs on order.
