"When I arrived, there was no staff there. Access is via a long, steep staircase, with no elevator. I had 2 heavy bags to drag up the stairs by myself. The next day, the manager did help me carry items to my car, and the night before I left she took my suitcase down the stairs. The hotel has no ice machine and no mini fridge in the room.
