"We had a wonderful stay at MIMARU Osaka Shinsaibashi West! The room was very nice and comfortable, and the bathroom was absolutely fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The hotel is also in a great location, making it easy to explore Osaka. We really enjoyed the restaurant and bar as well — both were excellent and added to the overall experience. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"A pretty good size room for a family of four (standard twin). Very friendly and courteous staff at the front desk. Drink/coffee stations in the lobby as well as complimentary facial/eye masks and bath salts(?) near the elevators so you can pick some up on your return from a long day in the city. They also replenish bottled water each day. A lot of amenities! Super convenient- walkable to a couple of subway stations, close to Shinsaibashi shopping street, 7 Eleven and Family Mart nearby, and...

"Great hotel and location. Very convenient to walk to Dotonburi and for the metro system. The hotel is very modern, friendly and helpful staff. The fact you get cakes and drinks included free of charge 2pm to 5pm is a winner. Alcoholic drinks 5pm - 9pm too. Unbelievable value"

"I stayed at St Regis Osaka with my 2,5 year old boy. The hotel room was excellent and they allowed me to have in room dining for free for my kid. This made my stay even easier so I can feed my kid before leaving the hotel which was very important to mothers around the world."

"We loved the JR West VIA Inn Shinsaibashi for so many reasons: the staff was very attentive and helpful, the rooms are spacious, has a mini-fridge, I loved the wet bathroom style that we didn’t know existed, room was very clean and well maintained, even though linens are changed every three days, each day we got clean towels and pajamas. It has 4 washer/dryer machines but we decided to go to a laundry that is 3 blocks away. It was faster and very easy to use. There’s a 24 hr supermarket next...

The staff was very helpful and amazing when asking for places to eat, best routes to various destinations and most of all they were very friendly. The room it self was very clean and tidy.
