"It was a good stay for the price, not an expensive hotel but it delivered a good quality stay. I didnt have a problem parking any night, the foyer is inpressive and pianist is a nice touch - especially upon arrival. Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were decent, slightly dated but you get what you pay for, the bathrooms were in need of some love but again - thats probably factored into the lower cost than other hotels. It was a convenient location for me and really close to Lickey Hills Country Park for nice after work walks. The lesiure facilities arent bad - again abit dated, but cant complain - only thing id say is the listing on here doesnt make it clear you have to pay £4 per day to use them in addition to your room or a weke pass is £10, worth doing and not expensive but should be stated clearer in room listing I think. I didnt try the bar and restaurant but it looked very popular. Happy with my stay overall and would stay again."

"Room was fine. Not enough wardrobe/ drawer space (was there 5 nights). Shame wasn't option to have room with a bath. Hot breakfast was not available until 7:30 which was late (helpful staff did do egg on toast for me at 7:15)"

"I want my money back the stay was horrific. Children screaming running shouting and parents shouting for hrs till 1/2am all around node and outside the hotel. Had to Stay in premier inn hotel n shirley sleep has ill and shattered. should have been in dorset Woking did send emails"

"On entering room.. toilet lid off & stood next to toilet on the floor & bin in bedroom contained someone's pink false nails!! Obviously not clean or maintained. Reported to reception & had a standard reply of " I'll inform maintenance" doesn't really address the issues WE experienced did it!"

"Stay clear! Don’t know when the photos were taken but it’s not like that now! We arrived at house and knocked door to get access to lodge… no answer! Just a faded note we couldn’t read and guttering falling around front door. Anyway thought we would go to lodge to see if we could find anyone only to find mouldy doors, cracked dirty render, rusty cars in parking area and piles of junk outside every door to lodges! Hence we left and booked a holiday inn which was good! I’ve asked for a refund only to be told I should’ve cancelled 24 hours in advance…. Obviously if I knew I wouldn’t have booked it in the first place! The pictures advertising this property are not a real reflection of the place… it is being missold and I would advise everyone to save there money! We didn’t make it in the room that’s how bad it was! I was embarrassed I took my partner there! I hope the owner reads this after denying my refund! 😁"

"Kept waiting outside the property ,taken up to room had to ask for the room key.Given the outside door code verbally ,why not give it on a card ?? Lousy area ,wouldnt stop there again."
