The staff were very friendly and helpful. Yacub made sure we had everything that we needed during our stay, and helped us with our questions. I highly recommend the hotel."

"The room provided to my family was not the room I booked and paid for. I specifically selected a more expensive family room consisting of two separate bedrooms, but they were given a different, cheaper room type instead. When my sister raised the issue at reception, she was incorrectly told that this was the room booked. This amounts to a misrepresentation of the accommodation offered and paid for."
