"Our pillows were in bad shape. One was all the way flat like having no pillows. The other like a brick. I slept with no pillow. But besides that the hotel was perfect!"

"This was a wonderful stop over location and Nashville adjacent. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a real bonus, well beyond a typical continental breakfast. Highly recommended for those traveling I 65 or visiting Nashville!"

"Good staff. Facilities were clean and fairly well maintained. Breakfast was more than adequate. Only issue was the elevator was broken down on a three day holiday weekend. Not necessarily the fault of the hotel. Sometimes those things happen. Staff did their best to help minimize any disruption."

"Overall this was fine. The room was clean. The staff was courteous. Our room was missing soap - liquid and bar - in the bath and kitchen. We obviously could have called the desk, but made do with a bar we had in our bag. "This is a great place to stay. There is an outside area that is great if you are traveling with a dog. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The laundry machines are free."

"We stayed at Aloft Nashville on our way home from Florida and overall had a great experience. The hotel itself was modern, clean, and in a convenient location. The pool area could use a little attention, as it felt a bit worn and wasn't quite as clean as the rest of the property. What really made our stay stand out was the staff. "The hotel is wonderful. Clean, fresh, very well kept. My only complaint is that they were remodeling the 2nd floor where the rooftop bar is located and we were so looking forward to an evening on the bar enjoying the landscape. Oh, and they could use a little better pillows. The hotel staff was amazing to help us get settled in to the perfect room for our 2 night stay. Will definitely stay here again when in town and hopefully the rooftop bar will be open and ready to enjoy."

"Early evening checking in with staff was easy. The staff member was friendly, polite, and helpful. Best to not have a room with a pool view as noise carries and it was loud and late from a party of children and parents. Other guests across the hall decided to shout out between rooms after 1am also disrupting some needed rest after a long day of traveling."
