The hotel has potential to be nice. We had a booking issue that Expedia helped with in partnership with the hotel and that was great. We had a really big suite which was convenient for the kids. However, when we arrived the pillow in our room had stains .. went to the front desk and got a new one but the front desk person seemed annoyed. The couch was also stained but luckily we weren’t using that, but then we discovered broken glass all over the kitchen floor (we had 4 kids with us so this was concerning). We called the front desk and she brought up a broom and dust pan but still seemed annoyed and unconcerned. She did say if she couldn’t find a broom that she could put us in a different room but luckily she found one. We cleaned it up. The amenities and area are nice, so maybe other rooms would be better, but we did not have a good experience.

Good staff. Facilities were clean and fairly well maintained. Breakfast was more than adequate. Only issue was the elevator was broken down on a three day holiday weekend. Not necessarily the fault of the hotel. Sometimes those things happen. Staff did their best to help minimize any disruption.

Large clean room, well furnished. Comfortable beds, linens, and pillows. Large screen TV's. Very good shower. Excellent stock of cookware and utensils for the kitchen. Multiple high-speed elevators. Great location with many high-end restaurants nearby. The staff were courteous and helpful. Our only complaint: the luggage carts were in poor condition. They only had 4 carts, should be 8 for that size facility, and one of the two large carts had a broken wheel and would not roll when loaded. The cart issue created a great deal of lost time and frustration for us moving in and out.

We were only passing through on our way back to Oklahoma from East Tennessee, but decided to stay here after my husband had previously on a business trip. He is super picky about hotels so it's always a good sign when he is happy with something. Despite a short stay it was exactly what we needed. Number one bringing back goodies from our vacation I was so grateful for the full size refrigerator so that we had plenty of room for the things we needed to keep cold. Second off can't say enough about the feeling of safety and not having to worry in the area. There is no fun in the idea of having to completely unpack the car and then load it back up the next morning when you're traveling. Loved the size of the room and seeing the outdoor amenities makes me want to stay there again in the warmer months. That we slept through it he spoke very highly of the breakfast from his previous visit

We booked a handicapped mobility room. There was one grab bar in the bathroom by the tub/shower. No chair available in the tub and no grab bar by the toilet. Made it difficult for my husband band to shower. In fact he did not shower or bathe because there was no hot water.

Was very happy other than I had to run the dishwasher from the people before our stay and when I opened the dishwasher container it stilled on the floor and had no way to sweep it up an the next morning housekeeper came and emptied my trash but never swap up the floor. That really bugged me.

This hotel is very convenient to everything around the Nashville area and we did not have to pay for parking. Downtown Franklin was only about a 10 minute drive. Downtown Nashville was a little further - about 25 minutes. The hotel room had a full kitchen including a full size refrigerator and two burner cooktop. We only ate breakfast one morning of the seven days we were there. The hours were very convenient but we weren't crazy about the choices and decided to just cook our own. The room was furnished with all the cooking utensils and dishes needed. Staff was very friendly. We would stay here again.
