"The first thing was it was a room with no window and I’m pretty sure that’s against Code. There was another room across the hall that people were yelling and partying all night and we didn’t get any sleep. There really was no staff. We called someone on the phone and got codes to get in. This is not a hotel. There was scented products all over the room and as someone who reacts to scented products I think they should check that out first. We called the cab for an airport so I’m not sure what...

"Great stay in Rome! The location was perfect — about a 5-minute walk to the Colosseum and surrounded by great restaurants. The staff was amazing, very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The place was comfortable and very convenient for exploring the city. It would be even better with a microwave onsite and perhaps a slightly bigger fridge, but overall we had a great experience and would definitely recommend it to other travelers visiting Rome."

"Our stay at the Napoleon Hotel was fantastic. If you’re expecting a 5-star hotel, dont stay here. The rooms are pretty small, it has a slightly rundown feeling but we were very well taken care of. Front desk staff were very nice and the rooms were well cleaned each day. For a budget stay, the amenities were great including a balcony and roof access. "Loved the rooftop pool and bar area combined with the central location …. that’s really why we chose it. "We really enjoyed our stay at Doria Palace! The room was decently sized and very clean! The hotel itself is very small, but the staff was great and super helpful! The only note is there are a couple of stairs you must climb with luggage before you reach the elevator. Once do you reach the elevator, it only fits one person at a time, so just something to keep in mind."
