"This property is in an excellent location, steps away from the metro and shops/restaurants and cafes are all walkable. Although it faces into a busy square, the windows are soundproof and we weren’t bothered on a Saturday night with lots going on. The bedding is luxurious, and the room was spacious and impeccably clean. It was a perfect spot to stay for a night before hopping on the ferry to the coast. Will recommend to our friends and family! Stayed with my 13 year old son was perfect on so many levels for both of us. Maria and the young guy on reception were very helpful throughout our stay. You won't be disappointed if you book up. "Super séjour ! L’appart est très propre et bien situé. Ma chambre avait un petit balcon avec une super vue sur la Piazza Cavour. Le café à volonté dans l’espace commun est top, et le petit-déj propose plein de spécialités italiennes avec jus frais. Entrée autonome très pratique, proprio super réactif (ils m’ont même aidé à réserver un taxi pour l’aéroport la nuit). Rien à redire, je recommande à 100 % !"

The mattress was very uncomfortable, and we had one of the worst nights of sleep. The breakfast arrangement at a nearby café was also disappointing, as there was an unpleasant smell lingering from the night before. A small touch like providing water on arrival would have been appreciated, especially as only a minibar was...

"My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Gentile Suite, Naples. The rooms were spotless with all amenities and the location in the heart of the Centro Storico was perfect. We loved the old building which was full of character. However the best thing was the host Eugenio - he couldn't have been more welcoming and ready to help us with every detail. In fact the first night he even got us a table at a lovely restaurant, showing us the way. We visited five major Italian cities during our 21-day trip...
