"The hotel staff were extremely helpful, pleasant, and friendly. We reserved a suite which was perfect for our family of five. The rooms were clean and spacious. We loved the location - wonderful restaurants within walking distance and the beach was only a 10 minute walk. The downside was the size and depth of the swimming pool. It is a rooftop pool with an amazing view so it is really a minor detail unless you are truly interested in swimming."

"This is a nice hotel and it has free shuttle service to areas for tourism, shopping and dining. During check-in the gal was very friendly, despite it being busy. We had to wait a while (a few parties did) because the room wasn't ready on arrival. Time waited was less than an hour. The room is a nice design but as you get settled, you notice certain things. Some of the fixtures are falling apart (e.g. blinds) and we noticed that the closet handles/knobs were not the ones intended for the doors ...

"Bed had hair in the sheets and unpleasant smell, wifi was not working, came back to apartment after being out for the day and found the hallway flooded, was told towels and linens would be delivered upon request but then they said they were too short staffed. The pictures show a rooftop pool area and that is false. Never found a rooftop area of any form. Poor response time and resolution management. Loud after hours club across the street. Had to reach out to Expedia for help with the issues...
