"The staff at the front desk were super nice and helpful. The room definitely could have been cleaner. The couch was dirty, the floor looked clean (well swept) but was actually filthy, as the floors that turn my new pink wool socks black on the bottoms. Stains on the towels and bathroom shower curtain but you get what you pay for. This was by far the cheapest hotel downtown during our stay so I suppose I would stay there again. "I was pleasantly surprised when staying at this property, especially for the price. Bathroom was small but the room was nice. Also, we ate at Wings Bar & Grill and it was good too. Great property. *One note, when you book a shuttle to the airport for example at 6am, and they tell you to be in the lobby by 545am, you better be on the shuttle by 545am not in the lobby. They almost left without me!"

"Loved the welcome when we arrived and while at the hotel. Fresh coffee, tea and water in the lobby was a plus.
Very clean. Easy access to Hall Rd. Lots of towels. Great tv. Felt secure. Knew we could ask staff about any concerns.
Breakfast was good. Lovely lady that kept everything refilled.
All in all, a great stay and great price.
Will stay again when in the area.

The pool, jacuzzi and sauna were very enjoyable and the on- site restaurant did not disappoint. $5 for the breakfast buffet every morning hit the spot. My husband loved the Fettuccine Alfredo and the drinks were good. This place is super charming and has a great price point. Highly recommend!"
