"The staff member who checked me in during the evening (approximately between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM) was absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, I did not catch her name, but she made an excellent first impression. She was welcoming, professional, hospitable, and genuinely seemed eager to assist with anything needed.
