"We had wonderful time for one night stay for my daughters birthday"

"Honestly everything was great except the fridge wasn’t working. Called maintenance and they plugged it in and still not working during the night. All our food went to waste which obviously sucked. Other than that no complaints at all. I find that no matter what hotel I stay in, the fridge is always the issue. Normally they work but still run super warm. Someone should open a hotel chain with super cold fridges and watch it take off."

"Rooms need update shower area dirty, not enough towels for multiple days stay , there is no room clean up only for more than 2 days, have to ask for towels . Was given a room that had issues before arriving had to change rooms. Staff was accommodating to fix problems .Bedding strange , slept under own blanket Breakfast ok , no problems with parking"

"The room was clean and comfortable. Lots of parking. Suggest the driveway sewer grate be attended to. The noise was a bit much when cars used the driveway."

"The size of the room was very large. There was plenty of space for the three of us including counter and seating (besides the bed). The location of the room was perfect- it was close, but not too close to the elevator; it was close to the ice machine and had a great view of the Detroit River. There were two complimentary bottles of water per day; but we were not told that at registration and there was no literature to explain that in the room. The most upsetting issue was mould in the shower- on the floor, on the walls and on the silicon grout. There was also some dust in the bathroom. The most baffling issue was why would a room for four only be equipped with coffee supplies for two? We requested more from housekeeping and it took a good 1/2 hour to come. They did not bring what we requested and again on the second morning we took to the hallway to look for house keeping staff to get more supplies. We also thought $25.00 a day was excessive for hotel guests. We were aware of construction in the parking garage but found the signage to be inadequate- especially for existing the unit."

"We had a very nice stay, no frills but perfectly adequate. The included breakfast was great. Our only concern was the noise from the street and other guests in the hallway. Would stay again and recommend to others."

"Cochroaches, people smoking at entranceway and passing in yhe parking lots. Absolutely disgusting."
