"Coming from seven hours away to visit family and having the opportunity to stay in such a wonderful home, made our trip even that much more perfect. It was great to relax after a long day in the living room, watch a bit of tele and of course my husband was ecstatic to be able to watch the Fifa world cup soccer lol. Wonderful service and we will definitely be back 😊"

"Great location, right in the middle of town. Able to walk to many restaurants. Right next door is Jim's Sub Shop - great breakfast served. Staff at hotel very friendly, knowledgeable about recommendations. Loved the casual vibe of the hotel, including the decor. Lovely to have tea and coffee available all day. Nespresso machines in each room is a plus. Room was very clean, as was the bathroom. Large room, space for 2 armchairs in front of the TV in our room. Parking is public parking...

"Property was fine. View was amazing… the issue was they did not inform me that a live band was going to be happening at the wedding on the 27th floor when I was on the 23rd floor. You could hear it so much I could not sleep. Their response was basically too bad!they chose my room so they should have informed me."

"Das Hotel liegt sehr schön am Eriesee, unbedingt ein Zimmer mit Seeblick nehmen. Mein Zimmer war sehr groß, es gab einen Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine. Zusätzlich gab es auf der Etage Wasserspender und eine Kaffe und Teestation, an der man sich jederzeit bedienen konnte. Großer Gratisparkplatz. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Hotel."

"Parking was close and convenient. The property is in a quiet area. The staff are kind and helpful. The heating and cooling system worked very well. There is a minimally equipped (as far as plates, cups, utensils, etc.) kitchen area internal to the unit and there is a central kitchen area on the first floor, near the front desk, that is fully equipped."

"the "accessible" room did not have a wheelchair accessible shower. There was a step to access the shower, and it wasn`t possible to reach the shower controls from the bench. I needed to switch to a regular room with a tub. Staff were helpful in resolving the issue, but "accessible" rooms should be verified that they actually are accessible."

"A cozy house just south of downtown (just north of the ferry dock). We had the guest suite (downstairs), which had a minor disadvantage of pipes running across the ceiling, but otherwise, it was well soundproofed and got good light from outside. Breakfast was provided each morning and was a mix of berries, fruits, yoghurts, and scrambled eggs. The hosts (and their three dogs) ere wonderful people, very friendly, with a lot of hospitality experience. Would stay again!"

"Beds were great, tv was very outdated, breakfast was terrible...they were out of everything and the cream was bad. Way overpriced for what you get."

"Easy check in. Clean room - bed, bathroom and living space all spotless. Breakfast had lots of varieties - bacon, omelette, toast, waffle maker, fruits…etc. Staff were friendly and informative. They had elevator maintenance and notified us upon checking in so we were able to move to a lower floor. Lots of places to eat in the area. Highly recommended."

"Hello Expedia and team, I am mostly in your management in the way and you made my trip to Canada the worst ever international trips in my life. Sincerely you knew too well that I did not step in to this property and yet you asking for my rating when you have stylishly defrauded me of my money talking about policy that was not from the property owner because I communicated with him twice and he told me that you didn't remitt the money to him which was similar thing from Economy car rental too....
