We booked this hotel last minute as the one we originally booked was awful and we couldn't get away fast enough!
From the moment we arrived here we were made to feel very welcome and the staff were so helpful. The reception , pools areas, and bars were all really nice, however the corridors and lifts in our block looked as if they had missed the refurb! We had a junior suite and the bed in our our room as so comfortable I wish we could have taken it home. We had a sea view but could also see the power station from our balcony, this didn't really bother us too much however. Food was good for AI, good quality and always plenty of options. There was also a great selection of drinks, including branded spirits and we loved how the snacks at the pool bars were all individually packaged and stored in cabinets, not simply left on the side. We would definitely return to this hotel but probably choose a deluxe room on the quieter side of the hotel.
