"No Metro stop by so hard to get into the town. Big hotel very clean. Breakfast was good. Looks like a nice spa and swimming pool"

"My room smelled like mold, told the front desk had them clean it. The smell went away for a few hours then returned, they gave me disinfectant spray. The shower wasn’t clean, furniture was beat up. My cousins room was so bad she had to change twice because of the mold scent which was why I didn’t move I was scared to get a room that was worse. "The location of the hotel was perfect and the rooftop bar/pool a lovely bonus. Our room, especially for a suite was small but the view was definitely better than that of our friends who had a big wall. The outlets in the rooms were terrible as plugs would not stay put so we were reduced to one outlet.. not ideal. Front desk service and housekeeping were excellent!"

"-don't like they charged drink from fridge which I never took after check out . They sent an email to show the charge on my credit card the day later. - need to ask for refill on Tea bags and coffee everyday. - did not get the bottle of water that had been ask twice on phone service and one time at the desk. Finally I got the water after I went down to front desk again to ask again. That is not a Five stars hotel we experienced."

"Es todo excelente, excepto el momento de check-in, nos atendió una chica llamada Kmar i fué horrible, super mal educada, nos hizo esperar mas de 20 minutos para darnos el tiquet del aparcamiento, nos habló con aires de superioridad y con una muy mala educación, horrible, de verdad, menos mal que todo el resto del personal fueron super amables. Volveremos sin duda, el hotel está super bien ubicado, las camas son muy cómodas y el personal super amable, servicial y atento, EXCEPTO LA SEÑORA KMAR"
