Disappointed.

Hard to find. Where's parking lot ? Airconditioning didn't work. Very hot night we spend. Expensive than it has value.

God beliggenhed, men dårlig vedligeholdelse

OK ophold. Desværre var lejligheden i en dårlig vedligeholdelsesstand, og der manglede gryder, potter og pander i køkkenet. Hertil kom, at det trak ganske meget fra vinduer mv. Lejlighedskomplekset kan kun anbefales til de varme årstider.

Good location but beware of street noise at night

This is very well located - close to beach and boardwalk. But with that comes the Cancun syndrome of the party set that drinks and talks way to loud as they pass by outside in the middle of the night. Apt was ok - reasonably spacious. Couldnt figure out how to adjust heat - there was a remote, and instructions in english, but we couldnt find the thermostat or target to aim remote at.

Clean comfortable appartment 3

Clean comfortable appartment 3 minute walk to the beach front. Fairly conveniently located. About 20 minute walk from tel aviv centre. The location was fairly quiet. The microwave and kettle did not work but I am sure the staff would sort this out if requested. Very Comfortable Bed and Nice size lounge/kitchen. Very acceptable shower

Only one problem

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is good in North Tel Aviv near the port, a bit away from city center, close to beaches. Street parking is an issue, though if you pay for a lot this is resolved. Street facing units somewhat noisy on busy Dizengoff Street. The room itself was large and comfortable, with TV and workable kitchen unit with fridge and microwave, plates, etc. that enable eating in if desired. The sheets and towels, as well as the room itself were clean. The only issue I had with the room, and I do not know the extent to which it was the fault of the hotel management and whether they could remedy it, was that the bathroom, after the first day, had a strong odor. The odor was a mix of a strong chemical disinfectant and sewage. This made use of the bathroom unpleasant and required that its door be closed constantly. I do not believe this was a cleanliness problem per se, as the room was very clean and I would not be surprised if this is a problem more widely distributed than this hotel in this area of Tel Aviv. But I do not know for certain. With this problem noted, and for some it will be a deal killer, the hotel was otherwise fine.

A nice place in Tel Aviv

We stayed at Dizengof Appartments for a week in Sept 2009 and were very satisfied. Our flight arrived in Tel Aviv in the middle of the night but they made arrangements so that we can get the keys. Sharon, who is working there, was very kind, and offered us tips and hints about Tel Aviv. We had a problem with the water supply in the appartment (our fault) and it was repaired very quickly! The appartment was clean and neat, towels and bedclothes were provided. The appartment is very close to a local bus station, to a supermarket, to a nice beach and to a "party area" of Tel Aviv in the North. Only thing that was a bit negative was the noise. The living room was facing Dizengof street which has quite some traffic in the morning. Even if windows are closed you hear it. However, all in all, if we ever go back to Tel Aviv we will certainly stay here again. Highly recommended!

Les chambres sont mal équipées et une absence totale d'entretien. Pas très cher certes, mais même pour ce prix, il est souhaitable de respecter le client.

rarely disappointed but definately was here!!

The apartment was dirty with roaches running across the floor. The girl who sat in the office was not very helpful and they didnt even have a map of Tel Aviv.The location was fine, two blocks from the port and in the heart of north Dizengoff a great street for shopping and eating.First time I was disappointed by a booking.
