"早上6:30居然有人冒充house keeping 敲門，手中還拿著水瓶。Valet 的某個工作人員居然讓我們自己去拿車，check out後取車又是這個人让我們等了近十分鐘，完全不是丽茲卡爾頓的服務水平。前台兩個工作人員一點笑容都沒有。除了Kai coffee那個年輕的大眼晴的工作人員服務非常體貼之外，还有 banyan tree 餐廳工作人員很好之外，沒什麼可以誇獎的了，我懷疑這是丽茲卡尔頓嗎？"

"The atmosphere was true Hawaiian. The grounds were tropical and beautifully maintained. The pool is small and the walls were very thin and you could hear the neighbors, but we stayed 2 nights and it was quiet by 9 or 10. My teenage daughter said this was her favorite spot of the trip."

"It was a strange set up but it worked great for us. We didn’t see staff for more than a few minutes the entire week stay. No frills, for sure, but that helps keep the price down. "The location for this gorgeous resort cannot be beat! The views are breathtaking and you are right on the beach and tide pools. The grounds were immaculately kept and the flowers are beautiful. We’ve stayed in other places on the island before and will only come back to this hidden gem now. Book the condo-you will not regret it!!!"

"The Outrigger is a beautiful place to stay. The staff is very warm, friendly, and helpful. The grounds are beautiful. You will be close to the beach and the pool. There are plenty of excursions to choose from. I wish they had a bit more of variety of food/restaurants in the hotel. Overall, we highly recommend staying at the Outrigger in Maui!"
